An overview of the year: Renaissance Faire: March 22-26, 2007: The English hall will be decorated to look like a castle. The students will sell Renaissance food during break. On Friday, the Advanced and Introduction to Drama students present an original production featuring scenes from Shakespeare. There will be a performance for parents and friends on Thursday night, March 25 at 7 p.m. There will be small admission charge. Recital/One Act Performance: April 27, 2007: Introduction to Drama students will present their best work. Advanced students will present a one-act drama, Addict. There will be a small charge for admission. Touring Puppet Theatre: We are developing a touring puppet company. We will visit day cares, elementary schools, and other venues to perform. We need to raise money to build a portable puppet stage. Shows will be conducted in the spring. International Thespian Honor Society: Students enrolled in drama have the opportunity to participate in membership with this honor society. See Ms. Battles for details.
